With Apple ’s World Wide Developers Conference just a month a way of life , rumors continue to surface thatiOS 7 could see a major UI service . Word on the street is that Jony I ve and his squad at Apple are going for a very “ savorless ” look . Since then , many designer have put together some interesting mock - ups and conception together speculating on how a matt iOS 7 might look . Some are a bit radical , others seem more naturalistic . Here are a few of our favorites .
The first is a mayhap one of the more striking changes we ’ve seen . In this design , Dámaso Benítezelects to go with three ikon per row , rather than the current four . If we ’re being honest , we believe this is very improbable . With that being state , the design esthetical has a nice playfulness to it .
Kyle Adamsoffers his rendering of a “ minimal and flat UI ” for the lockscreen . Compared to the current lockscreen , not much has change functionally , but a passel of the UI chrome receive in iOS 6 is depart . Clean .
Jesse Headre - envisage the app whipper allow for users to see more information . Rather than just reckon an ikon , his conception introduces previews that allow users to see what they were doing in that app last . He ’s even put together avideo showing the conception in activity .

This rendition byJohn Menardremind us of Windows Phone and count very much likeDámaso Benítez‘s concept above , but with sharp corner . The freehanded , undimmed box offer a different glide path that ’s not very iOS - like . in all likelihood the most radical conception we ’ve seen .
in conclusion , this conception byManu Gamero , which is also remisant ofAlex Iv‘s , takes a lot of the current Io look and feel and take out the glitter . It really looks standardised to what we consider on theWWDC invitationwith the brighter colours .
