Garth Brookshas a proposition forTravis Kelce.
Ahead of Brooks' Friends in Low Places Bar & Honky-Tonk opening in Nashville on March 7, he reached out to Kelce, 34, after seeing his performance of the 1990 hit at theKansas City Chiefs' 2024Super Bowl victory parade.
At the Feb. 14 event, Kelce grabbed the microphone andattempted to sing Brooks' song, much to the country crooner’s delight.

“Did you guys see Travis Kelce’s version of ‘Friends in Low Places?’ Did you see him sing this? I loved it, I thought it was fantastic,” Brooks said during the latest episode of hisInside Studio G, Brooks' weekly live series on TalkShopLive.
“It blew me away because I’m sitting there watching it as it’s going down, right? I never expected that,” he added.
Brooks said he wasn’t planning on attending his bar’s upcoming opening but would go if a certainKansas City Chiefs tight endwere to show up.
“Big man, I’m just telling you this. I will be at [the] grand opening if you’re there,” Brooks told Kelce.

“I’ll send a plane if you want and come and get another shot at the title. If you want to come sing that, I’ll send a plane," he continued.
At one point, Kelce sang the line, “Took that glass of champagne…” before pausing and looking over his shoulder at teammatePatrick Mahomes, laughing, “Pat took that glass of champagne, I promise you.”
