Jamie Lee Curtisis paying tribute to daughterAnnieon her 37th birthday.
The Oscar winner, 65, shared a black-and-white photo from Annie’s wedding day on Instagram Thursday, which showed her daughter from the back in bridal garb, holding a bouquet, and a proud-looking Curtis giving her a kiss.
“Today is my first daughter’s birthday,” Curtisbegan in the caption. “She made me a mother and a student with her first breath and continues to deepen both of those aspects of my life as she shares hers with me.”
She added that Annie “takes my breath away. Her beauty. Strength. Her willingness and then her demand to go deeper.”
“She is an extraordinary teacher, gorgeous dancer, loyal friend to many, has exquisite taste in all things, is a true partner in her marriage but, to me, she is my daughter and I love her with everything I’ve got and thank her, this day, for choosing me. HBD LULU!” Curtis concluded.
