The “Unholy” singer, 31, made a surprise appearance atVivienne Westwood’s Fall/Winter 2024 runway show at Paris Fashion Week on Saturday — not as a guest or a performer, but as a model.

The singer’s runway statement was accented with a green plaid headband and waist-length hair extensions, which draped over Smith’s shoulder. A rustic brown walking stick completed the look.

The musician also modeled a second look in the show, featuring a black polka-dot top worn under a black floor-length jacket with material that appeared to be shredded and plaited into a design. Hints of Smith’s skin could be seen between the fabric. The singer’s look was topped off with a black hat accented with a mesh veil.
After the runway show, the fashion brand shared aphoto on Instagramof all the show’s models, including Smith, posing together in their looks. The Grammy winner could be seen wearing a large black hat and white under-eye makeup while smiling at the camera.
Later in the night, Smith changed into a Vivienne Westwood taffeta gown detailed with dramatic puffy sleeves and long train, as they accepted the cultural innovator award and performed their song “HIM” at the awards ceremony.

Smith, who has sported both masculine and feminine styles in the past, recently spoke about feeling like their truest self while making their fourth studio album,Gloria.
“I’m happier in my own skin onGloria,” the singer toldThe Sunday Times. “I feel liberated, released from pressures I felt when I was young. My mum says that, as I’ve got older, I’ve stopped caring what people think as much. She tends to be right.”
