TheNew York Observernoted at the time that he hadpurchased it for $10.62 million, meaning the recent sale was a $1.3 million loss for the singer.
The sprawling bachelor pad is located just a stone’s throw away from Hadid’s own downtown apartment, so the purchase left fans speculating that the pair may rekindle their more than two-year romance. Based on social media posts, the two did get back together for a time in December 2019.
